Hibernian Wind PowerA wholly-owned, independent subsidiary of ESB Hibernian Wind Power manages, trades, operates and maintains ESB's portfolio of wind farms throughout Ireland. By 2020, ESB will be delivering one-third of its electricity from renewable generation and will achieve carbon net-zero by 2035. Most of this will be achieved through the development of wind farms in Ireland and the UK. Wind farms are a major investment in local communities. We strive to become an integral part of the community in which our wind farms are based. Community engagement begins at the planning stage of projects and continues throughout commercial operation. |
